Spearfield House is a South Molton based Bed & Breakfast situated in a quiet location, a short 5 minute walk from the town centre. With off road parking and secure garaging for cycles, surfboards etc, it is the ideal base – whatever your reason for visiting South Molton and the surrounding North Devon area.
Accomodation comprises of a double ensuite room, and two single rooms with shared bathroom. All rooms come with Freeview TV and free wireless internet access. All guests share the main lounge / dining area, where they will also find a collection of local books and maps of South Molton, Exmoor and the North Devon area.
For those with the desire to explore Exmoor the proprietors are able to advise upon places of interest and walks tailored to the visitor’s abilities. Subject to sufficient notice they may be able to lead your exploration onto the moor with the chance to see wildlife of all kinds.
