Welcome to Spearfield House

Spearfield House (South Molton, North Devon) is located in a cul-de-sac  a short 5 minutes walk from the town centre. With off road parking and  secure garaging for cycles, surfboards etc, it is the ideal base -  whatever your reason for visiting South Molton and the surrounding  North Devon area.

Our  accommodation was increased in 2005, from the original two single rooms with use of the family bathroom, to include the "Exmoor Suite", featuring double accommodation with Freeview Digital TV and DVD, as well as full en-suite facilities. All guests share the main lounge/dining area where they will find a collection of local  books and maps.

For those with the desire to explore Exmoor the  proprietors are able to advise upon places of interest and walks  tailored to the visitor's abilities. Subject to sufficient notice they  may be able to lead your exploration onto the moor with the chance to  see wildlife of all kinds.
